Before you log in
To protect patient information and keep access controlled, the portal follows a few simple sign-in rules.
Use your organisation email
Sign in with your official SA Health organisation email address (for example, yourname@sahealth.sa.gov.au). Logins from personal or non-organisation domains are not accepted.
Use your own account
Each referrer has an individual account tied to their organisation. Never share your login details with colleagues — activity is attributed to your account.
Keep things private and secure
Protect your password and always sign out of shared or shared-device workstations. The Trust will never ask for your password by phone or email.
Not currently a registered referrer?
If you are a health professional at an SA Health organisation and would like to refer patients to the Trust, you will need to be registered first. Submit an application and our team will be in touch to confirm your organisation and account details.
